I have added some new items to My Studio on Artfire, deactivated some other items and added some special prices and shipping on some items.

New Year Is Coming

Hi Everyone.  Christmas has come and gone and we can soon move on to the New Year.  I will soon be deactivating the Christmas items from My Studio in Artfire.  If there are any of those items that you wish to purchase, please contact me and I will give you some very special prices on just the Christmas items. 

I will be adding some new items for spring and some of the early holidays soon.  Please keep checking back to see these items.

The Day Before the Day Before Christmas

The day before the day before Christmas.  The year just keeps on moving by. 

I want everyone to think of the millions of cats, dogs and other animals in our country who are abandoned by their owners.  Think of that dog sitting in the animal shelter wondering what happened to his home and his world and the people he loved.  Please consider donating your time or money to these animal shelters.  These animals are very grateful for every bit of attention they get and the shelters always need financial help with money or donations of food or other items for the pets.  Check with your local animal shelter to see what items are needed. 

Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Wall Hanging

Check out this beautiful wall hanging and imagine it in your child's or grandchild's bedroom.  It would be a wonderful reminder to any child that God will be watching over them.  I made this with great love for my newest great granddaughter, Jasmine. 

New Great Granddaughter

Let me introduce you to my new great granddaughter, Jasmine Abigail, born on 12/16-10.  She is pretty special!

Great News

I got some good news this morning.  My fourth great grandchild is finally on her way.  It may take all day since this is my granddaughter's first baby, but it is very exciting news. 

I've been busy working on an afghan I'm making for a Christmas present.  After that I plan to start on some new projects for My Studio on ArtFire.  Christmas is a busy time of year.

Christmas Holidays

As of today we are 10 days from Christmas.  I don't know where the time has gone.  It will soon be a new year.  About this time I always start thinking about the new year and what life will bring.  2010 has been very hectic with health and family problems.  Hopefully things will calm down in 2011.
